We just recently went on our first family vacation to Cape Coral, and we stayed at this place for 5 days. We enjoyed our stay here. The location is not hard to find. The neighborhood is quiet. The place looks exactly what it was on the pictures. The place is clean. It feels homey. The host, Casey, is friendly, nice, and is not hard to contact if we have questions. He's very accomodating and makes sure that our stay mets our expectation. Overall, we like it here very much and will definitely comeback in the future.
Really amazing waterfront property with lots of great amenities, we had an amazing time staying here and is walking distance from good restaurants + bars! Highly recommend
Wonderful experience. Our original place with a different host was in poor condition and Casey was great with getting us in the same day. Liked the place so much decided to stay an extra day.
