All guests staying in this property must be age 35+. The resort will request to see all guest ID's at check-in to verify and provide guest passes to each guest for use of the resort amenities.

A hold in the amount of $500 will be placed on your credit card prior to check-in to cover any potential damages or incidental charges. This is not a charge but an authorization. The hold will be automatically released within 5 days of the checkout date, provided no damages or additional charges are assessed.
